How we work

Design
We offer an architect service for clients who do not have plans from any other source. This allows us to create designs using the information we receive during our initial consultations.

Site Surveys & Risk Assessments
Our team has a deep understanding of the location where house extensions are being built. This includes the soil type. We can identify any potential dangers that might slow down construction and determine whether planning permission is required.

Planning Permissions
Although not required in every case, our team works on behalf of clients to get planning permission when needed. It involves liaison with the local authorities and submission of supporting documentation.

Complete Compliance with Building Regulations
Every aspect of house extensions that we do is compliant with current UK Building Regulations. We are a trusted building contractor as well as a joinery contractor. We arrange for Building Control officers to inspect our work at regular intervals. This also includes the final sign off.
